First WLS-AM 890, now WGN Channel 9 - it’s great to be one of the “Fierce 50!” Please tune in as I will be joining Kendra Chaplin, publisher of Chicago Woman magazine, at 11:45 AM Friday, July 7, for an interview on the Midday Fix about the magazine’s inaugural celebration of the “Fierce 50 Revolution” in Chicago.

I am so excited to be among the 50 fierce women over the age of 50 who were chosen by Chicago Woman for this honor. Kendra will talk about how we were all chosen and why the magazine decided to highlight the accomplishments of women over the age of 50. I will represent the 50-over-50 and tell the story of how I launched a second career and what makes life after 50 fantastic!  With decades of life experience, I have the confidence, independence, energy and time to explore new challenges. I have a greater sense of who I am, what I want and where I’m going. My wisdom and knowledge make taking a risk less risky!
