Some times it’s hard to improve on Mother Nature, so why try? Natural, uncut crystals are beautiful just the way they are and I am seeing them everywhere – on chandeliers, lamps, sculptures, home accessories and jewelry.

I love them for their rough-luxe look. The chunky texture is rugged and unrefined, and they have a subdued sparkle that comes in a subtle array of pretty colors straight from the earth. We like the way they work for glamorous settings or rooms that are more rustic. We just specified this gorgeous Fine Arts chandelier for a stairwell…

Some people say that crystals have healing powers. I can vouch for that as I have been feeling oh so good since I purchased a pair of gray and gold crystal earrings and a pair of silver and brown ones. Retail therapy or crystal therapy? I’m happy either way.
