All that glitters isn’t gold – sometimes it’s silver, bronze or brass

All that glitters isn’t gold – sometimes it’s silver, bronze or brass. But no matter what the source of that sparkle and shine, we think metallic accents are priceless for the texture and contrast they bring to a room. Sometimes all you need is the hint of metal from ferules on a table leg. They make me think of a ballerina on pointe.

For thisclient we chose nail heads to frame her custom, pink crocodile-skin headboard suit would emphasize the gentle curves and make it pop out from the wall. We call it the "crocodile rock," with apologies to Elton John!
